 Dr. Jeff Kowachik is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Codova/Cordova community.

Dr. Jeff Kowachik helps people reclaim their health, recover from pain and to develop wellness lifestyles at his clinic in Cordova/Memphis, TN. As a Chiropractor and Wellness Coordinator with experience, Dr. Kowachik is committed to promoting the health and well being of his community through natural healing methods and utilizing the latest health research and non-evasive, state of the art diagnostic equipment.

Dr. Kowachik uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function and restore the bodies natural balance.
